Description

The FlexKraft 2M Air-cooled system is a modular, air-cooled rectifier designed for demanding industrial applications including ballast water management systems. Key features include:

The FlexKraft 2 M unit is a modular switch-mode rectifier designed for electro-chemical processes, especially electroplating. Here are some key technical details:

  • Modular design with power modules each up to 8 kW (e.g., 12 V, 600 A per module).
  • Ability to combine up to 10 modules in a tower.
  • Up to 10 towers can be combined, reaching 60 kA at 12 V.
  • Output voltage range up to 120 V DC.
  • Flexible current settings depending on the number of modules (for example, 600 A per module at 12 V).
  • Operates continuously at maximum output in ambient temperatures up to 50°C.
  • Control system supports both constant voltage (CV) and constant current (CC) modes with independent voltage and current setting.
