Description

This robust GT7 Tumblast Shot Blasting Machine is a proven, heavy-duty solution for batch cleaning and surface preparation of cast and formed components. Built with a durable rubber rotary belt system, it is ideally suited to demanding industrial environments processing ferrous and non-ferrous parts.

Featuring a generous 100cm wide door opening and manual loading operation, the machine is straightforward to use and can be seen working. Offering buyers confidence in performance prior to purchase.

Simple, Reliable Operation

The operator loads components onto the rugged perforated belt, closes the vertical lift door, sets the timer and presses start. As parts tumble continuously within the blast envelope, all surfaces are evenly exposed to the abrasive stream, delivering consistent, repeatable results. Suitable for  running occasional batches to operating continuously across multiple shifts.

Installed and fully operational onsite, the shot blast machine can be demonstrated live.
