Description

The Ventus 92 is a heavy duty robust machine with an equally powerful performance to match. The set up comprises a folded and welded steel chamber with front armlets, large viewing window and an internal viewing light, A 70 Litre Pressure pot and Cyclone separation system.

Cyclone Media Separation and Pressure Pot

The separate power pack includes a media grading and waste-dust separator cyclone mounted above a 70 litres pressure feed pot.

The Ventus has the ability to blast at up to 100psi with a wide range of abrasives and would have an average
consumption of 82cfm at this pressure with a average size nozzle.

The sophisticated cyclone system enables the cut point of the separation of reusable abrasive from waste to be accurately set allowing maximum separation of the reusable abrasive and the waste dust.

With the aerated feed system the abrasive blasting stream can be set accurately and consistently even at low blasting pressures making this a very versatile machine.

Addition Features Include:

  • Tech SpecAir consumption 2.1m³@ 7bar using a 6.5mm nozzle
  • 70 litres pressure vessel.
  • Pressure control 5-100psi.
