Description

 The Teijo heated cleaning machine provides an excellent cleaning solution to meet the cleaning needs for larger components up to 1000kg in weight and 1400mm in diameter. Spray wash arms rotate around the stationary components to facilitate an all round clean.

Operation

The cleaning operation takes place inside the enclosed machine to prevent the escape of heat, solution and contaminates and the process is fully controllable via timers, heat controllers and mechanical adjustment to set the machine to its optimum cleaning cycle to meet the customer requirements.

The cleaning solution is heated and has a thermostatic controller to regulate the temperature of the cleaning solution. The recommended temperature range is between 60°C and 80°C.

When the cleaning cycle is completed the door will open a small amount and the steam extractor will operate, this sucks in air through the ajar door and out through the extraction vent so as to protect the operator from the steam and fumes created during the wash cycle. After a set time (adjustable) the door fully opens and the cycle is then complete.

There are two loading / unloading bunded platform which sit to the front of the machine and are sited so that work can be rolled on or off each of these platforms onto the centre platform for loading into the machine. (See images)
