Description

Originating from a specialist research and development facility, this 8 stage multistage pre-treatment cleaning line has been configured to deliver controlled, repeatable processing within a compact and professionally engineered layout.

The system is based on a modular design, manufactured from stainless steel and polypropylene for durability and chemical resistance. Polished white PVC drip shielding surrounds the tank area, helping to contain splashes and maintain a tidy, well-managed workspace. Flame retardant materials are incorporated throughout the extraction system and across the majority of the tanks, supporting enhanced operational safety.

At the operator side, polished black PVC sliding doors run on integrated tracks, providing clear and convenient access to valves and rectifier control panels positioned at each stage. Workpieces are transferred manually between tanks, but an overhead runway system with a 125kg SWL electric hoist ensures powered lifting and smooth horizontal traverse — eliminating the need for manual handling.

Process tanks are equipped with extraction lip hoods and sliding lids to control fumes and promote a safer, cleaner environment. Immersion heaters benefit from dual temperature control, while integrated sprinkler connection points within the fume extraction ducting allow for fire suppression compatibility.

Power distribution is managed by a freestanding DC supply unit, feeding the line via an aluminium busbar system for dependable and consistent performance.

A well designed, safety-conscious multi-stage cleaning solution, ideally suited for development work and precision surface preparation applications.
