Description

The Mecwash Maxi 1000 is a high performance industrial parts washer designed to deliver flexible aqueous ultrasonic cleaning & degreasing for demanding component cleaning. The cleaning system featuring ultrasonic washing, flood washing, rinsing, purgeair, hot air drying  and vacuum drying.

A fully automatic, highly customizable, self-contained aqueous cleaning system, the Mecwash 1000 meets the highest aerospace, automotive, and hydraulic industry cleanliness standards.

Large Load Capacity

Ideal for cleaning large individual components or smaller components with high volumes, the Maxi has a cleaning chamber that measures (WxDxH) 600mm x 1000mm x 600mm. Matching some of the largest enclosed part washer to be supplied from Riley, its maximum load weight is also double that of our standard enclosed part washer at 200kg. Making it perfect for  larger single components or smaller parts with higher volumes batches per per cleaning cycle.

Advanced Cleaning Cycle

The versatile single chamber rotary system combines ultrasonic wash & rinse, immersion cleaning, purge blow-off, hot air and vacuum drying for complex components and demanding cleanliness requirements. Fully exposing the components through a 2 to 20 RPM controlled rotation (or gentle oscillation for delicate items), ensuring consistent, thorough cleaning across all surfaces.

For higher-spec applications, advanced cycles can include a vacuum drying stage at the end to remove moisture from blind holes and intricate passages. MecWash aqueous technology delivers solvent-free cleaning with integrated corrosion protection, making it ideal for both ferrous and non-ferrous components.

Total cycle times range from 3 to 20 minutes, depending on application requirements.

Options to Upgrade 

  • One option would be to design and manufacture a fixture that would sit in the drum, utilising the rear feed but with nozzles that would provide a spray.
  • Another option would be to just use the machine as it is but modify the program use the existing nozzles but keep the drain open. Therefore, it would not flood, or modify the manifold, so that spray nozzles can be fitted to increase the spray pressure.
  • This machine is also equipped with a central rear wash & rinse option which can be used in conjunction with the washing programmes to give additional cleaning options including spray washing and rinsing using specially adapted spray bars and nozzles which can be fitted to this machine as an option.
