Description

Drum warming ovens are used for keeping products in a liquid form warm when they would otherwise be too viscous at room temperature. Industries concerned are very varied – from confectionary and foods to oils, lubricants, greases and waxes to paints, tar and pharmaceutical products.

• Construction - Mild steel, box section frame with powder coated panelling
• Max temperature - 150°C 
• Doors to suit oven size.
• Digital overheat protection.
• Digital control - K49 standard controller with 1 programme, 4 steps & 2 ramp dwells.
• Complete with lifting eyes.
• Top controls heaters and fans -  9kW / 415V / 3 phase / 16AMP

• Capacities for 1 to 4 industrial drums, 1-2 pallets or up to 2 IBCs of 1000 litres.
• Temperature range from +50°C to 150°C.
• Fluctuation typically better than ±3°C.
• Internal air circulation fans.

• Calibrated digital temperature controller and overheat safety protection.
• Emergency safety cut out.
• Top or side mounted controls.
• Internal personnel safety release handle to larger models.
