Description

This machine is specifically designed to wash components using water and biodegradable detergents up to 80°C. It is stainless steel with a pneumatically controlled uplifting door, hi-pressure jet washing with integral filtering, steam extraction. All controlled via a comprehensive control panel.

Control Panel

  • Wash Temp controllers: Allows the operator to adjust and set the hot wash fluid temperatures to suit the process in hand. 
  • Mains Power On Light: Indicates to the operator that the control panel is connected to a live mains electric power supply. 
  • Emergency Stop Button: Allows the operator to quickly shut down all of the machine's functions simultaneously in the event of an emergency. 
  • Control On Button: Re-sets all of the control panel functions after the emergency stop button has been pressed and then deactivated. If this button is not activated after an emergency stop then none of the control panel functions will be able to be used. 
  • Cycle Stop / Start. Allows the operator to manually start or stop the selected wash cycle. 
  • Heat on / off. Allows the operator to manually switch the machines fluid heaters on and off as required. 
  • Heating: Indicated when the wash tank's fluid heaters are switched on and are warming up to temperature.
  • Door Open: Allows the operator to open the wash plant's front door , unless the machine is in use, in which case the button will not function.
  • Door Safety Monitoring Active:  Will stop the door from closing in the event of something becoming trapped in the door.
