Description

This Technowash AQF 300/4 is designed for industrial parts washing with unparalleled precision cleaning for all types of component parts, finished or semi-finished. The process stages are blow off, hot aqueous spray jet washing, blow off, hot jet rinse, blow off jets and air knife blow off. There are two vent points connected by ducting and a bifurcated fan for the steam and fume extraction.

Operation

The components are fed through the washing machine on a stainless steel conveyor belt. The first stage of the process is an array of air jets set up to blow off any loose debris before the wash stage. High pressure heated cleaning fluid is then sprayed onto the components from all angles as the parts pass the multi jet system, any dirt is washed off before the air blast cleans away any residual wash solution.

The parts then pass through the rinsing high pressure jets to swill off any remaining cleaning solution and debris before passing through the final stage where the parts are subjected to high pressure air blasting from multiple air jet nozzles and air knifes to leave the components clean and dry.

Current Fixture and Track Restrictions

All the fixtures and track restrictions can be upgraded to the standard specifications resulting in a full width track of 300mm and a height of up to 300mm
