Donaldson Torit DFO 4-32 Cartridge Filter Downflow Dust collectors are a proprietary downward airflow system,  designed to  deliver the highest filtration performance whilst using less energy.  ExtraLife™ Filter Cleaning System, and Donaldson Torit’s cartridge filters together are an unbeatable system. 

  • A double size modular unit fitted with a spark arrestor unit pre-filter. 
  • Specifically engineered for various applications including plasma, autogenous and laser cutting.
  • The Donaldson Torit® Downflow (DFT), delivers optimum performance and is one of the best values available in today’s marketplace.
  • The DFT advantages can be found in the collector’s proprietary design and components. Featuring a ledge-less design in combination with proprietary filter media and cleaning technology.

Specification

  • Pulse Cleaning Technology  Filter Cleaning System uses, computer-modelled pulse cleaning technology to easily “pulse off” dust from the surface of the filter, improving filtration efficiency and prolonging filter life.
  • A wide range of filter media's are available from the Ultra web range of cartridges allowing the DFO to be tailored to meet the exact needs of the nuisance dusts to be extracted.
  • Easy Maintenance, with the design of the DFT’s quick access covers, filter removal and maintenance is extremely fast with one operation.
  • 16 paired filter cartridges (32 in total) each cartridge has a filter area of 18.5 m² (190ft²) giving an overall filter area of 592 m² (6370ft²)
  • This unit is capable of extracting within the range of 4060 - 25,000 cfm dependent on the final fan power, system resistance and dust loading.
