Description

Turbex AC front loading, spray wash machine, designed as a heavy duty stainless steel spray cleaner with thermal and acoustic insulation, powered steam exhaust and powered vertical lifting door with safety features. Two stage, wash and rinse with added steam extraction and manual spray lance.

Turbex machines with lifting doors can carry heavy loads suitable for use with roller conveyors, trollies, powered systems and loading platforms. The stainless steel construction and robust design of the Turbex wash ensure longevity and reliability. Detailed design features provide an excellent device and operational safety.

Operation

The washing function is based on a rotating spray system, which consists of a lower and an upper spray pipe. Hot water is sprayed on components through nozzles. Rotation of the upper spray pipe is carried out by reaction nozzles (water pressure). During a cleaning cycle washing liquid flows back to the tank through the filters.  If the liquid contains particles or other solid impurities, they will remain in the filter basket.

The cleaning liquid is heated by electrical heating elements, which are controlled by a thermostat. The tank is equipped with a level switch, which controls heating and pumping of the liquid.

    Their worldwide reputation for quality is reflected in the machinery and maintenance of their manufacturing plant.

    but can provide a benefit to any industry. This machine was purchased new in 2018 and sold in 2022 to the current owner, they have only used this machine occasionally over the last few years. Located in Norfolk (NR28) This plant can be seen working on site if required.
