Description

Electrically operated immersion/ Sparge agitation solvent dunk cleaning/degreasing machine. Manufactured from stainless steel this very large immersion/agitation solvent cleaning machine comes with a bifurcated fume extraction fan suitable for connecting to a suitable fume scrubber or extraction unit.

A two handed control lowers the carrier and workpieces into the solvent for cleaning, when the cycle if complete the operator raises the wash basket to the loading position for unloading and replenishing for the next cycle. 

This machine is particularly effective for cleaning tubular items or components that have hollows which need to be flushed through with solvent. This machine is fitted with an electric drive motor which is connected via hoist straps to the wash basket carrier. When the carrier is lowered into the cleaning solution a constant stream of compressed air is forced under the carrier and workpieces to agitate any dirt and grease from the components. As the air rises through the media, it  agitates any particles from the components thus cleaning them.
