Description

Electrically operated immersion / agitation solvent dunk cleaning / degreasing machine.
Manufactured from stainless steel this very large immersion / agitation solvent cleaning machine comes with a bifurcated fume extraction fan suitable for connecting to a suitable fume scrubber or extraction unit.

The  dunk machine is particularly effective for cleaning tubular items or components that have hollows which need to be flushed through with solvent. This machine is fitted with an electric drive motor which is connected via hoist straps to the wash basket carrier.

A lever control raises the wash basket to the loading position and the basket is loaded then lowered into the solvent. During the cleaning cycle, the basket is raised and lowered by an electric drive motor, causing a flushing action to occur so the components are cleaned quickly.
