Description

This second hand Rosler ST 1400 blast cabinet configured for the automatic processing of multiple jigged components, however can accommodate bulky, large or heavy components. Constructed from 3mm steel, the cabinet is equipped with motorised rotating table upon which fixtures or jigs can be mounted to make this a semi automatic blasting machine.

The components to be blasted are simply placed onto the table which is then rotated automatically by the externally mounted drive motor.

The ST1400 can be used with a wide range of blast media from the more commonly used abrasive types such as Garnet and aluminium oxide, through to walnut shell for polishing or plastic for cleaning and deflashing. 

At the base of the machine is a vibratory media sieve that will separate any oversized particles exiting the work chamber that may have been introduced into the system before returning the clean media to guns via the cyclone recovery system.

This fully integrated system is serviced by the Rosler RF20-L dust extractor
