Description

A powerful fully automatic multi stage, twin ultrasonic cleaning, rinsing and drying line with loading and unloading stations. External filtering and dosing units complete this comprehensive cleaning plant. German made equipment, imported by Turbex.

Ultrasonic cleaning unit X-tra line 

  • Transducer tank made of cavitation-proof stainless steel, 3 years long term guarantee. 
  • Two ultrasonic frequencies, switch-over, for the intensive or gentle cleaning respectively. 
  • Sweep function for the continuous shifting of the sound pressure maxima, (ensures a homogeneous sound field distribution in the bath). 
  • Degas function for the efficient degassing of the cleaning liquid. 
  • Adjustment of the ultrasonic power between 10 – 100 %, stepless variable; individual adjustment of the ultrasonic power depending on the degree of contamination and the surface material of the items to be cleaned. 
  • Quick-drain duct with welded piping. 
  • Splashwater-proof operating and display panel. 
  • All electric connections designed as plug-in sockets. 

Rinsing unit X-tra line

  • Tank made of stainless steel.

Dryer X-tra line

Set up

  1. Load Station
  2. Heat adjustable, ultrasonic cleaning tank with frequency and power adjustment. The  style of ultrasonics from Degas, sweep or pulse is also available.
  3. Heat adjustable, ultrasonic cleaning tank with frequency and power adjustment. The  style of ultrasonics from Degas, sweep or pulse is also available.
  4. Heat adjustable rinse tank. Demin water.
  5. Heat adjustable hot air drying unit.
  6. Unloading station.
  7. There is also a rinse gun at tank 2.

There is an automatic loading robotic arm that transfers the work baskets from loading station through all the process tanks to the unloading station so the entire process is automatic. A dosing unit and external waste processing unit complete the set up so that all features of the wash plant are controllable and programmable.

N.B. Dismantled by an Ex-Turbex engineer who is available to install, commission and train if required.
