Description

The Agiwash machines has been developed to degrease components which need to be fully immersed in hot water soluble detergents.

The Agiwash 80 is particularly effective for cleaning tubular items or components that have hollows which need to be flushed through with detergent. The wash basket carrier connected to a pneumatic ram to dunk the components.

The Agitating Method is Simple

Moving the dirty parts up and down in the process solution up to 160 times per minute shears dirt from the parts, this will bring the parts up and out of the solution and help with the flushing action.

Large parts can be placed on a parts fixture for individual washing or in a basket for smaller parts. Each vertical motion causes the solution to flood over the surface of the components including any deep recesses or pockets with a plunger action. This removes all types of dirt and grease utilising a wide range of cleaning compounds such as alkaline, solvents, emulsions, phosphate, acids and soaps.

The simple design is virtually trouble free, the outboard-mounted, cantilevered agitation platform eliminates the need for internal guide members and rollers and this allows for better and easier maintenance schedules, cleaner components and longer life. Components are simply placed into the machines component basket and then gently lowered into the cleaning solution by an air powered cylinder with push button control.

Once the machines lid is closed, the wash process cycle can be activated. The loaded component basket is then moved in a vertical up and down motion, which produces the flushing force between the cleaning fluid and the components surfaces.

This flushing force produces a very fast and effective cleaning action, which is ideal for removing solid particles, oils, coolants and grease from both the internal and external surfaces of a wide range of component parts.

The cycle time is adjustable and resets each time the lid is opened. The components are cleaned quickly and flash dry in seconds.
