Description

The Vacublast Model Nova PB80 is a manual shot blasting cabinet with a pressure fed blasting system. These cabinets are designed to provide quick, clean and efficient results across a wide range of blast cleaning applications.

The Vacublast pressure fed pot, increases performance over suction blasting by up to 4 times and will work with almost every type of blast media currently available on the market today.

The Vacublast Model Nova features include;

  • Shot recovery & recycling system.
  • Large viewing window.
  • Single right hand side loading door.
  • Internal light.
  • Underslung 15ltrs pressure pot which holds 50kg of ferrous abrasives or 25kg of aluminium oxide or glass beads.
  • Comprehensive air control manifold.

Dust Extractor

  • 0.75kW/ 1Hp motor.
  • Compact design.
  • Minimises floor space and fits in virtually any plant layout.
  • ATEX Explosion relief panel.
  • Reinforced door panels.
  • Quiet & efficient operation.
  • Easy maintenance.
  • 0.5ft³ (14L) waste collection bucket. 
  • Quick release bucket Lever allows for easy removal and maintenance of the waste bin.
  • Manual shaker control for bag cleaning.

Please note: Heavy duty blasting applications using heavy metallic shot medias, are significantly improved returning media to pressure pot through gravity feed. Blastmaster is designed to utilise that significant process advantage, media gravity returns to pressure pot.
