Description

Forced convection oven, previously used for the heat treatment of aluminium components.

Description

  • Oven type: Forced convection
  • Oven atmosphere: Re-circulating air
  • Doors: The front of the structure only would be fitted with one pair of fully insulated swing doors, nominally 1235mm x 2400mm each.
  • Fan, rear mounted and driven by a 4.0kW motor.
  • Air flow: Vertically through work chamber.
  • Panel wiring: All electrical equipment within the panel is fully wired to marked terminals.
  • Oven wiring: All electrical equipment on oven structure is wired complete to the control panel.
  • Foundations: A firm and level floor is required.

  • Omron H2C timer.
  • Pola HP56 HP56a - PID thermostat with 3 set points & programmable input.
  • Safety contactor one mains isolator.
  • Stop/Start
