Description

Forced air convection gas fired box oven, previously used for organic coatings stove and the heat treatment of aluminium components.

Description

  • Oven type: Forced air convection.
  • Oven atmosphere: Re-circulating air.
  • Doors: The front of the structure only would be fitted with one pair of fully insulated swing doors, nominally 1235mm x 2400mm each.
  • Fan, rear mounted and driven by a 4.0kW motor.
  • Air flow: Vertically through work chamber.
  • Panel wiring: All electrical equipment within the panel is fully wired to marked terminals.
  • Oven wiring: All electrical equipment on oven structure is wired complete to the control panel.
  • Foundations: A firm and level floor is required.

Gas Burner BTG 11 50-60HZ 48.8 - 99kW

  • Gas train complete with operation and safety valve, minimum pressure switch, pressure regulator and gas filter.
  • Equipped with air closure device.
  • Valve tightness control not required by EN676.
  • Gas train with Valve Tightness Control.
  • Minimum gas train inlet pressure needed to obtain maximum burner power with a combustion chamber backpressure of zero.
  • Maximum gas inlet pressure at pressure regulator in CE version, at gas train for EXP version
  • Net calorific value at reference conditions of 0°C, 1013mbar:
  • Natural gas HI 35,8MJ/m3 = 8550 kc.
