Description

The Agisonic is a programmable multi-function wash plant which comprises a dunk wash plus an ultrasonic wash coupled to a separate wash cycle. Developed where immersion and ultrasonics are simply not strong enough for very heavy contamination. Operating using a dunk immerse wash coupled with a strong flushing action which occurs when the component is moved up and down quickly while being submersed in a moving hot water-based cleaning fluid.

The Agisonic has several menus which enable a multi-programmable wash cycle.

The ultrasonic action coupled with the Agitation cleaning cycle gives maximum cleaning efficiency with many difficult applications specifically designed for cleaning;

  • Machined castings with blind holes.
  • Bent tubes with cutting fluids.
  • Narrow diameter tubes.
