Description

The Genlab range of heavy duty ovens (HDO) suits most industrial applications for the controlled warming and drying of products. Manufactured for a variety of applications that take into consideration all factors such as load, temperature and location. Designed and built around a heavy duty panelled framework they are built to a high standard and will stand the test of time.

This HDO 2500/150 has been made to reach a running temperature of 150°C and has a tall chamber internally standing at 2490mm with a stainless steel lining and 5 upper shelf runners and 3 stainless steel shelves. It has a 7 day timer, digital temperature controller and over temperature controllers on/ off switch and an array of indicating lights. A roof circulating fan and double opening doors with internal safety release complete the features on this oven.

  • High-density Rockwool thermal insulation at a minimum thickness of 65 mm and fitted into a cavity provides the minimal amount of contact, reducing thermal conductivity.
  • Heavy duty fully welded outer framework with insulated pre-finished sheet steel panels.
  • 2500 litre capacity.
  • Temperature range 40 - 150°C.
  • Ascon Tecnologic K 39 Digital Controller.
  • TLK38 over temperature protection.
  • Twin easy access doors. 
  • Flat floor suitable for trolley and/or racking systems.
  • 18kW heater power installed (26amps/3ph).
  • Double opening doors with internal safety release.
