Description

The  Wheelabrator Vacublast Ventus model 150S Semi Automatic Peener is a suction feed air blast cabinet has been designed specifically for production applications where a less aggressive surface treatment is required.

Blast Chamber

The machine comes complete with an adjustable vertical rod-less cylinder reciprocating gun arm and swing out variable speed motorised rotary table (max load 250kg) arranged for fixturing.

The fully abrasive rubber lined cabinet with a single access door fitted with a safety interlock.

The cabinet utilises high volume suction fed blast nozzles, that currently operate 8 suction venturi guns to accommodate complex profiled applications.

The matching dust extractor both powers the cyclonic separator for the media recovery and waste stream dust removal from the cabinet. Auto media fill available.

 A much sought after Wheelabrator Ventus 150 S large capacity suction blast cabinet with swing out rotary table, reclamation cleansing unit and associated reverse pulse cartridge dust extractor, designed and built for a wide range of industries.
