These electric laboratory ovens are designed for treatments such as drying, heating, thermal testing, aging and similar purposes.

The forced air convection used by these ovens allows a homogenous temperature distribution during all processes, ensuring optimal results as well as good technical parameters to ensure high-quality results.

Air circulation is critical for efficient and uniform heating and horizontal air flow is achieved via variable (0-100%) fans which maximise temperature uniformity.

Accurate Control

The control and safety mechanisms for the 300°C Laboratory Oven Range are sophisticated but easy to use.

Eurotherm 3208 temperature controller fitted with self-tuning and manual PID settings. This offers up to 5 programmes and 4 segments (rate of temperature rise or decrease control, maintenance of present temperature, automatic shutdown).  A clear LCD screen provides easy-to-use visual feedback

This controller includes an auto tuning feature, an advanced feature demonstrating the quality and reliability of this control solution.
Auto tuning allows for closer control of oven temperatures based on the work it is undertaking improving accuracy and uniformity.

Paired with this is a Eurotherm 3216 as a dedicated over temperature controller. Picked as the most user friendly solution with a clear screen this provides a safety backstop for the oven.
