Description

A Caltherm double chamber well drying oven with a total of 13.8kW of heating capacity, 3kW fan motor and two 840 litre drying chambers. Featuring independent, pneumatically operated lids. (may achieve a higher working temperature 150°C TBC). Tested to 100°C.

Specifications

  • Max temp 100°C, designed to run at 70°C to 80°C.
  • 6off 2.3kW heating elements. (13.8kW in total)
  • Structure manufactured from mild steel sections.
  • 304 internal panels.
  • Aluminised mild steel ducts and plenums.
  • External made of mild steel with PVC coating.
  • 50mm thick rockwool insulation.
  • 80 amp isolator fitted.
  • 3kW electric fan motor.
  • Time to set point unset 30 minutes.
  • Manual and electrical drawings are included.
  • Full OEM support available.
