Description
All stainless steel solvent tank cleaning machine. 90 Litre capacity with twin high pressure side booms mounted 250mm and 280mm above the base of the tank to act as sparge jets, increasing the cleaning / washing power of the solvent and the machine.
Suitable for flammable cleaning agents with low flash points that require indirect heating and close tolerance water cooling

Temperature settings
- Check the plash point of the solvent you are using.
- The set point of the solvent tank must be 20°C below the solvent flash point.
- Cooling system starting temperature is +2°from the set temperature.
- Overheating protection thermostat must be set 15°C below the solvent flash point.
- Water jacket tank thermostat must be set 15°C below the solvent flash point.
Operation
- Tank filled with pouring solvent into the tank, float switch must be covered.
- Indirect heating via water jacket tank.
- There are separate drain valves located behind the cover plates.
