Description

A large, robust 1.9m wide stand alone, adjustable height fettling booth / work station with integral lighting and fume extraction facility.

Uses.

  • Protection for operators and local personnel from fumes and flying debris.
  • Ideal for Fettling or possibly welding, Soldering or Brazing.
  • Can be used to contain fumes generated by gluing, curing or similar processes with a suitable extraction system.
  • Dust containment again when connected to a suitable extraction system.

  • Can take up to 250Kgs.
  • Powered adjustable working height. (800 to 975)
  • Powerful overhead strip lights and an articulated spot light for greater illumination of specific areas.
  • Painted mild steel outer frame.
  • Twin integral vents  to allow fume extraction.
  • Inter-changable base plates for work support.
  • Rear and  lower fume extraction ducting for connection to suitable dust/fume extraction system.

  • Side mounted pneumatic connection points.
  • Lower centralised waste collection point for collection of heavier particles.
