Description

Morrisflex Frontal  Belt Grinding Machine

The Morrisflex frontal  belt grinding machine consists of;

a) one rubberized grooved driving wheel and one roller which is placed an abrasive belt having variable grades and specifications, dependent on the type of material being machined such as steel, cast iron or aluminium.

b) one horizontal working surface, perfectly perpendicular to the abrasive belt , adjustable in height and is adjustable to 45 degrees.

c) a number of fixed and mobile guards protect the operator , whilst allowing easy access for maintenance and belt replacement.

On the right hand side of the machine is the control panel which houses all of the electrical power and control systems.

Starting, stopping and and speed control are manually controlled from this control  panel.
