Dynamiki Dynablaster M11  Suction Fed Shot Blast Machine

The M11 suction feed cabinet is a general purpose heavy duty workshop machine suitable for a wide range of blasting applications.

If your operations involve cleaning with chemicals, acid etching or dipping, liquid honing, wire brushing, sanding, deburring, grinding or peening, blasting cabinets will normally expedite work, improve quality and eliminate the environmental problems associated with these common finishing processes.

Built for production, these rugged cabinets enable you to perform a long list of tasks ranging from blending surface flaws to removing foreign matter, such as residue from moulds, without affecting tolerances. By simply varying air pressure and blast media, you can perform almost any surface finishing job more quickly and precisely than with alternative methods.

Applications

  • Perfect for surface preparation on any type of irregular surfaces where other forms of preparation such as sanding may be difficult
  • Ideal for removing paint, rust, scale and oxidation on a variety of surfaces or the preparation of surfaces for bonding

Suitable for a wide range of media

  • Abrasives (those that will cut and erode the substrate): Aluminium oxides, Garnet, Soda and calcium silicate etc.
  • Non abrasive (surface conditioning, impact or brightening/polishing): Glass bead, amino plastics, acrylic, crushed walnut shell, soft thermoplastics like nylon and polyamides.

  • Oversized front door opening of 1000 x 1000 mm allows the operator to easy access to load a wide variety of items into the blast cabinet. Great for heavy or bulky items due to the low loading point
  • Large internal work area of 1000 x 700 x 1000mm allows the operator to easily manoeuvre bulky items within the cabinet
  • Heavy-duty 14 gauge steel construction provides strength and a stable rigid frame
  • 4 tube Florescent light kit and associated dust collector helps maintain good visibility during heavy blasting operations
  • Foot pedal controlled Super 200 venturi blast gun helps to reduce operator hand fatigue, and is fitted with heavy duty 7-9mm diameter Tungsten Carbide nozzles for long service life
  • Telescopic maneuverable static gun holder for hands free operation
  • 40–100 psi operating range
  • Air volume consumption of 15–30 CFM @ 80 psi
  • Separate free standing 1.1 kW reverse pulse dust collector helps minimise the floor space by allowing convenient siting
  • Replaceable protective window and light underlay 
  • Conveniently located hopper blast media flow adjuster for easy blast intensity adjustment
  • Removable heavy duty hand operated rotary table
  • Door safety interlock to isolate the blaster whilst the door is open
  • Fitted Air pressure regulator with filter element and gauge: 0-16 bars and automatic drain valve
