Description

These Riley heavy duty ovens are a general purpose oven capable of a wide range of industrial and laboratory applications. "British Made" and CE Marked the ovens are built to a high standard with stainless steel interiors capable of temperatures from 50°C to 300°C.

Flexible and accurate digital controls and low temperature fluctuation make these ovens suitable for drying, heating and general use. The ovens include fan-assisted air circulation.

The exterior powder coat paint finish is durable and easy to clean and is manufactured from sheet steel.

The interior stainless steel chamber is suitable for most processes, especially where moisture is involved. A rear vent is fitted to release fumes and moisture or to act as an access port for thermometers and monitoring probes. Chrome plated steel wire shelves are supported on fixed shelf runners so can be adjusted to several positions.

A clean interior finish is completed with sheathed heating elements and fan fitted in the base of the chamber.

The two doors and chamber are fitted with silicone seals for excellent insulation from heat and are easy to clean. An overlap panel is fitted between the doors to ensure a seal.

Control is via an PID digital controller, calibrated thermostats and overheat safety protection.

Riley ovens are fitted with a PID digital controller from Eurotherm (model P116). This easy to use HMI based controller includes:
