Description

Marr Therm Electric 200°C box oven

A typical example of an industrial process oven from Marr Therm with a wide range of process curing and treatments applications within its 200°C air circulated temperature range.

Typical applications may include;

  • Curing water and solvent based paints, varnishes and inks
  • Curing resins, rubbers and composite
  • Processing plastics
  • Bonding
  • Heat Treatments
  • Thermal testing etc

Feature include:-

Body

  • Steel double-skin construction with the cavity thermally insulated and a minimum of through metal bracing.

Explosion panels

  • Relief panels of approved type are fitted, to the rear wall.

Interior

  • The plain sheeted interior walls incorporating air recirculation ducts, insulated floor with cut outs suitable for use with trolley loaded work. Angle section tray or bar supports can be ordered as extras.

Twin swing doors

  • Double-skinned insulation construction, with anti-distortion reinforcement, robust hinges, lever bolts and moulded air seals.

Heating - electric

  • Side mounted duct incorporates a bank of individual wire wound 3 phase heaters with temperature resistant mountings, connections and termination boxes. Supplied complete with the necessary safety and operating controls, safety cut-out, fan interlock, switches, contactors and fuses.

Controls

  • A complete electrical box with isolator, fan starter, push buttons, indicator lights, time clock,  including Eurotherm NANODAC programmable temperature controller and the appropriate heater controls and safety systems. 

Ventilation

  • A damper controlled exhaust vent is fitted to oven at high level for your connection to atmosphere.
