Description

Compact yet powerful, this stainless steel Ransohoff  immersion/dunk washer offers efficient component cleaning with a 520mm x 370mm x 160mm work area, electric solution heating and pneumatic agitation with speed control. Delivering fast, consistent results for mechanically agitating parts in a chemical solution for a high quality cleaning operation.

The Agitating Cleaning Method

Moving the dirty parts up and down in the process solution shears dirt from the parts with the flushing action. Large parts can be placed on a parts fixture for individual washing or in a basket for smaller parts. Each vertical motion causes the solution to flood over the surface of the components including any deep recesses or pockets with a plunger action. This removes all types of dirt and grease utilising a wide range of aqueous cleaning solutions.

The simple design is virtually trouble free.
