Description

AutoClean ultrasonic automotive washing systems are designed for sensitive cleaning of precision components for the automotive, marine, railway, and aviation industries, before surface treatment or final assembly, in production, maintenance, or repair lines. This system can be used in precision cleaning of all kinds of parts such as engines, engine blocks, cylinder heads, injectors, brake discs, gearboxes and radiators. AutoClean washing systems are much more effective than conventional hand washing due to ultrasonic cleaning of the smallest holes and sections which are effectively reached and cleaned. The ultrasonic washing takes place in a single tub, powered by 1500W @ 28kHz.

Washing system: Large ultrasonic washing systems
Working principle: Parts placed on the standard floor mounted platform by hand or with the assistance help of an overhead crane are cleaned by ultrasonic washing.
Tank system: Single tank with heating
Construction: Entirely from 304 stainless steel
Ultrasonic:  1500W ~ 28 kHz

Operation Sequence

  • Place the materials to be washed on to the platform. 
  • Press the approval button. 
  • Place the platform correctly into the tanks with two-hand buttons & switch.  
  • To start the ultrasonic washing, agitation, oil separator, filtration use the start/stop button on the control panel. Washing time period and temperature settings (as on screen) can be adjusted from the panel.  
  • Empty the washed and dried materials from the platform.

Individual Control of the following is possible;

  • Heating of tanks. 
  • Operation of the ultrasonic 
  • Operation of the filter pump  
  • Operation of the weir pump  
  • Operation of the cylinders
