Description

Manufactured by industrial leaders in industrial air filtration solutions, this Dustcheck Midi ATEX cartridge dust collector features an innovative cleaning system which utilises a rotating double wing spray bar to ensure that the whole length of the filters are cleaned evenly and at lower pressure. Includes built-in EVN ATEX explosion relief valve for flameless explosion venting.

Dust collectors are ideal for applications where a duct work system draws product back to a centralised filter as they extract air borne contaminants to produce air quality of the highest standard.

The air is cleaned through a collection of 4  pleated cartridge filters which are kept in optimum condition by being cleaned with compressed even whilst running. 

EVN Type Explosion Relief Valve Manufactured by Wolff.

The EVN venting valve is one of the best solutions available on the market for flameless explosion venting. Compact dimensions allowing for low-profile mounting, lightning-fast response to an explosion, high efficiency in pressure release and flame extinguishing, and an automatic valve closing mechanism after explosion venting – these are undoubtedly the most important advantages of the EVN valve.

EVN valves have been tested for the following groups of dust: starch, plastics, resins, toners, sugar, wood, MDF, cellulose (fibrous dust), as well as coal and peat.

Filter Cleaning Process 

Efficient cleaning needs research, Ductcheck's cleaning system matches the filter elements ensuring optimum operating conditions for air volume, energy and element life.

  • 16.8m³ air consumption.(The figures are free air delivered (F.A.D) based on a pulse interval of 15 secs with pulse duration of 100 milli sec's.)
