Description

The automated Guyson Mediblast 1400 is made from high chrome 316L surgical stainless steel and has been specially engineered for medical product manufacturers and laboratories where the introduction of ferrous contamination would be detrimental to the production process. Includes C400 3 dust extractor with secondary HEPA filter.

Cabinet Specification

Bearing the Guyson brand name guarantees the highest levels of efficiency, reliability and quality. The strong, durable, high quality stainless steel sheet metal construction ensures the cabinet is tough enough for a variety of components and regular use. Only used in the medical industry using a salt blasting process. The side opening, interlocked door houses a driven rotating basked which holds the components for blasting. A process blasting timer is engaged to start the cycle which is an automatic process.

Dust Extractor

The Guyson model C400 dust collection unit is a highly efficient unit for filtering out and collecting the dust laden air from the blast cabinet using a single cartridge filter. The heavier extracted particles being deflected downwards towards the collection bin, the lighter particles are retained on the surface of the filter. This model is generally used for more industrial applications/usage. 

Only Used in the Medical Industry 

This plant is one of several machines acquired during a recent site clearance of a company supplying medical equipment.

The maintenance and servicing was conducted in line with the medical industries requirements. Any faults were corrected immediately working to the highest standards.
