Description

For metal heating and melting applications, induction melting provides efficient, effective, precise, and repeatable results. This set up comes complete with all the equipment required to induction melt materials for your process needs. Programmable control drop down melting furnace with closed loop water cooling system.

The TOCCOtron AC is a family of solid state air cooled power supplies built for a wide range of applications including heat treating, tempering, annealing, stress relieving, soldering, brazing, adhesive bonding and de-bonding, curing and related production and laboratory operations. Simple set-up and installation offer induction flexibility to the shop floor. Operating efficiency exceeds 84% for reliable performance over the full power range.

Can be used for melting Aluminium, Steel and other suitable materials.
