This Technowash AQC 500/5 is designed for industrial, high volume, component parts washing, with unparalleled precision cleaning for all types of component parts - finished or semi-finished.

The cleaning process is achieved by high volumes of detergent and water solution being sprayed onto the parts from all directions via high efficiency spray jets. Specifically designed for the continuous processing of high volumes of component parts, where more conventional batch type degreasing systems would struggle to achieve the throughput rate required.

This type of aqueous washing/degreasing equipment is suitable for a wide range of industries including:

The conveyor system is variable speed controlled to allow the operator to control throughput speeds and ensure that the parts being processed remain in the various process stages to achieve the desired result.

Principle of Operation

Components can be processed by manually or automatically feeding them directly onto the moving conveyor or by placing the components firstly into individual parts baskets or jigs. These parts are then conveyed using the varying speed-controlled conveyor system through the machine’s various stages.

During the wash stage, a mixture of hot water and detergent sprays the components at pressure and high volume through the spray bar and jets which are positioned above below and to each side of the conveyor belt.

The rinse stage ensures that hot water is sprayed onto the components cleaning off any remaining contamination, before the components are conveyed through the dryer stage where hot air is blown onto the components surface, removing any excess water left by the washing process. The components are then conveyed out of the machine.

Following the wash stage the solutions are re-circulated through the integral fluid network through a series of filters before being returned to the appropriate tank to restart the process again. Electric Immersion Heaters will have been fitted into the fluid tanks, which control the operating temperature.
