New Machines and Equipment are sold with a full 12 month Manufacturer’s Guarantee.
Refurbished Machines and Equipment are refurbished to a high standard, tested and parts replaced as necessary, prior to despatch. Guaranteed thereafter for three months to be in good working order save through improper use or excessive load.
Used Run and Checked Machines and Equipment are sold as seen and approved with no warranty applied or assumed. The Customer must satisfy himself that the machinery is fit for the purpose for which it is purchased.
Retention of Title: Please note that the property in the goods will not pass until payment has been made in full and cleared through our bank.
Rectifier apparatus only supplied by the Company are guaranteed for a period of twelve months from the date of despatch, thereafter to be in good working order save through improper use or excessive loading. (Overload protection to be provided on installation by a qualified electrical engineer, as per manufacturers specification). The defective articles will be satisfactorily made good or replaced free of charge, upon being returned to the Company. This guarantee is not applicable in any case where the goods or apparatus have been tampered with or damaged by careless handling.
The Company will not entertain claims for consequential damage, loss of time or profits or cost of repairs, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
