There are both electrolytic and non-electrolytic systems, and many machines are multi-stage, with both pre and post treatment processes included.
Riley Industries also stocks metal finishing machines for procedures such as Phosphating, Pickling, Brightening, Electro Polishing and pre-treatments for Powder Coating, Painting and Electro Pheretic processes.

Riley Industries supplies a wide range of used powder coating and wet paint coating equipment and machinery. This includes complete, redundant powder and paint production lines right down to individual components such as spray guns and testing instruments.
A typical paint and powder coating facility will include pre-fabricated spray booths in modular sizes to accommodate both manual and automatic powder and paint coating processes. Associated with spray booths are paint and powder cyclonic recovery systems, extraction systems, delivery containers and vibratory sieves.
A paint and powder line is often served by an automatic conveyor system with overhead or floor-mounted monorail lines. These include overhead motorised hoists and robotically controlled pre-treatment, coating and heat treatment stages, such as drying, stoving and curing.
