Industrial Ovens and Furnaces are used widely in the surface finishing process for tempering, curing, stripping and general heat treatment of a wide range of different products. These include metals, glass, plastics and rubber.

Other applications in the metal finishing field include paint stoving, pre-heating, curing powder coatings, hydrogen de-embrittlement, non-stick coatings and drying after plating.

OvensRiley Industries supplies an extensive range of used industrial ovens and a selection of furnaces in all sizes and specifications. These include units with air circulation, vacuum facility, exhaust fans and comprehensive controls.

There are standard size front and top loading ovens and furnaces for regular industrial finishing processes. In addition, many of the units available have been specially customised to deal with conveyorised systems, such as the continuous heat treatment of aluminium castings.

We also supply used industrial ovens up to 550°C for specialist treatments used in the aerospace, Formula One and other specialist sectors, such as aluminium ageing and rapid quenching.

The range includes batch, flat bed, conveyor and tunnel ovens, both electric and gas powered in all categories. Brand names regularly in stock include JLS Engineering, Hedinair, Barlow Whitney and Gallenkamp.

We have air circulating systems available that are electric or gas fired. Our industrial furnaces continuous production units include flat bed, overhead, camel back and vertical conveyor systems in both fixed and variable speeds. Many industrial furnaces customised models include sophisticated mechanical handling and control instrumentation built into the complete system.
