Why does Riley Surface world value OEMs so highly?

Genuine partnerships with OEMs = happier customers

The happiest buyers are served by good relationships between OEMs and Riley Surface World.

A buyer that has support from the OEM for their purchase is reassured about the quality of both the machinery they have bought and the brand they are signing up to. It is also the beginning, or continuation, of a longer term relationship with the OEM for servicing, spares, consumables and upgrade paths.

That's why it is our preference to openly and honestly recommend OEMs who we know will look after our valued customers and enhance their after sales experience.

Developing relationships

Adding service and supply contracts to your roster is not the only benefit of working with Rileys.

We have demonstrated the ability to improve an OEM's sales rate by offering their customers an alternative for their surplus machinery.

Our Direct From Site Sales allows a customer to use their existing machine until the new one is ready and secures a monetary return to offset costs. We know being able to offer this option during negotiations has secured extra sales for OEMs.

Alternatively we can make cash offers to purchase machinery that is being replaced, and other assets, to free up both funds and space. This gives you the change to offer a 'part exchange' for machinery you wouldn't choose to buy normally. Again we can show examples where this has been successful.

The bottom line

  • Direct From Site Sales of plant that stands in the way of your deal
  • 'Part Exchange' options on machinery you want to clear
