Description

A 350°C AMS2750E Class3 Industrial Oven from the world leading oven manufacturers, Caltherm. This comes with ATEX explosion relief panel, 11kW //14.75 Hp air circulation fan,  purge system and powered vertical front opening door.

Door operation 

  • When the oven is in operation the door is clamped in the closed position with pneumatic cylinders. When opened these clamps release and the hydraulic system then lifts the door to to open position, it is then automatically secured with a safety bolt. Two hand operated buttons are used to activate the opening and closing of the door but it will not open unless the chamber temperature is below 150°C.

This plant is one of several machines acquired during Rolls Royce's reorganisation of their manufacturing facility at Inchinnan, UK.
