Description

Caltherm oven/cooler with a programable cycle controller, powered opening doors, conveyor through feed and controlled heating and cooling cycles.

This oven was specifically built to speed up the heat treatment process, any items that are heated can be cooled in the same operation using this twin chamber oven/cooler. The first chamber is the oven and is used to heat treat the work, when complete the doors open and the components are automatically transferred to the cooling chamber where the doors close and controlled cool air is passed through the chamber cooling the components ready for handling or the next operation. As the second chamber cools, the first one is heating up to ensure the maximum throughput from this unique two-in-one machine.

Applications
