Description

The Aqua-Save wash water/rinse water recycling system is ideal to be used with any water washing or rinsing machine and will sustain pristine wash and/or rinse quality and greatly reduce the need for water changes and hence effluent disposal.

The Aqua-Save maintains optimum process performance, reduces downtime and satisfies environmental demands for recycling and waste reduction.

  • 3 phase electricity.
  • 45 amp supply.
  • Compressed air at 5.5 bar.

Service Report off Mecwash Service Engineer 24/11/22 found the following:

  • Asco valve needs replacing and Pre heat tank not filling.
  • PLC battery needs replacing.
