Air Compressors and Equipment

Air compressors and associated equipment are essential parts of the surface treatment process and are used in a variety of ways throughout a typical surface finishing facility.

In electroplating, electroless treatments and other wet finishing and plating processes, air compressors are needed to drive agitation systems and conveyor systems during a surface finishing production process.

In paint and powder coating facilities, air compressors are used to power spray guns, extraction systems, conveyor systems and other parts of the process.

Air compressors are used extensively in all types of mass finishing and mechanical polishing systems where automatic indexing of components is needed throughout a surface treatment line. This is also true in shot blasting and peaning processes, cleaning systems and forced air ovens and furnaces.
