Conveyor Ovens
A go-to oven for continuous production, conveyor ovens are an automated type of oven that can be configured to a variety of multi-stage setups to process high production volumes. Usually featuring a conveyor belt (alternative systems such as overhead trolleys & carousels are also used), the multiple stages can include various heating zones, cooling zones and exhaust hoods for a thorough heat application. Furthermore, conveyor ovens offer a labour saving as all the loading and offloading can be carried out via conveyors, feeders and nestling equipment to deliver and transport the processed goods.
