Description
The Donaldson Torit® DCE® Unimaster dust collector is an economical and effective solution suitable for a wide range of applications including abrasive blasting, polishing and buffing, grinding, packing of tea or detergents, weighing and mixing of paint pigments, food processing applications and a host of other operations where nuisance dust is generated.
The Unimaster dust collector reduces airborne contaminants from the working environment and helps improve air quality for your employees and product quality for your customers. Effective dust control is guaranteed.
Unimaster is a compact shaker-type, intermittent duty collector with a wide variety of configurations and filter bag materials.

Versatility and Dust Capture at All Points
Highly adaptable, the Donaldson Torit DCE Unimaster dust collector is ideal for intermittent operations in plant processes. Several space-saving units can be placed at dust generation points resulting in total dust capture from the manufacturing processes.
Efficient Filtration Operation with Cost-Effective Self-Cleaning Cycle
Utilising high-performance of Unimaster filters, contaminated air is drawn in through the inlet to the filter by the fan. Initially during the pre-separation, some of the heavier dust particles lose momentum and fall into the hopper.
Finer dusts are carried up to the filter elements and retained on the outer surface of the filter fabric. The cleaned air passes through the filter fabric into the fan chamber and is discharged. At the end of the process or of a shift the fan is switched off and the filter fabric cleaning cycle commences: Dust is dislodged from the filter elements and falls into the collector. This cleaning cycle requires no compressed air, reducing the services required and operating costs.
