Description

Surtech Long Belt Grinder Model LS90-1500

Designed for grinding, deburring, graining, finishing and polishing components such as sheets and plates, hollow sections, flat bars, and profiles etc.

The horizontally arranged abrasive belt runs over the length of the table. The table moves up and down to adjust the height/thickness of the workpiece and the table can also be moved back and forth to offer full bed coverage.

A contact unit is manually moved over the abrasive belt, contact pressure is applied manually via a counterbalanced lever connected to the contact unit. The contact unit can be fitted with a variety of different pads or contact wheels to suit the application in hand.
