Machine description

A chain conveyor belt built into the bottom section ensures that the filtered material is discharged to a central extraction point for onward transport. 
The regeneration fan, which conveys the purge air backwards through the filter bags, ensures effective cleaning.
Regeneration can be activated both during operation and in conjunction with breaks in operation. 
A fire damper is activated in the event of an abnormal increase in temperature.
The return air ducts are closed and at the same time the system shuts down so that any fire cannot spread in the factory. The summer-winter changeover flap regulates the amount of filtered warm air that is returned to the production rooms. 
A partially installed drive station in the full width of the outlet prevents the accumulation of chips, etc. 
The larger bottom section ensures a smooth flow of air in the filter, which limits wear and tear on the hoses. NFRP is provided with a fully galvanized and adjustable framework. 
At the heart of the filter are the patented SUPERBAG filter bags Extra large return air capture space, ensuring low energy consumption.
