Description

A FORMECO distiller, distillers allow the purification and reuse of the exhausted solvent used in washing and degreasing operations.

Using the simple distillation principle, they separate the contaminants (resins, polymers, pigments, paints, oils, etc.) from the original solvent. The polluted solvent is boiled inside a kettle integral with a cavity containing diathermic oil and heated by electric resistances.

Frontal of the Control Board

Shows the temperature of the vapours produced during the distillation.

Shows the temperature of the diathermic heating oil.

4) Control board QC.
On the control board are the Main Switch and the program buttons for setting the process parameters.

5) Cooling water pressure control gauge PI-W.
Shows the pressure in the cooling circuit
