Description

The unit comprises of a folded and welded steel chamber with front armlets, large viewing window, foot pedal operation and an internal viewing light. 

The separate power pack includes a media grading and waste-dust separator cyclone mounted above a 30 litres pressure feed pot. Both are attached to the rear of the 0.75kw reverse pulse dust extractor with 5M² of filter area and a 15 litres waste collection bucket.

The Ventus has the ability to blast at up to 100psi with a wide range of abrasives and would have an average
consumption of 82cfm at this pressure with an average size nozzle.

The sophisticated cyclone system enables the cut point of the separation of reusable abrasive from waste to be accurately set allowing maximum separation of the reusable abrasive and the waste dust.

With the aerated feed system the abrasive blasting stream can be set accurately and consistently even at low blasting pressures making this a very versatile machine.

The underslung power pack and 30 ltr pressure pot feeds the blast pot and nozzle with only good regraded abrasives without any of the waste dust and fines recirculating in the system to increase productivity and offer a uniform finish.
