Description

Timesavers Model 10-Serie-1300-MG Deburring Machine - features a high friction table cover prevents parts from moving whilst being processed, for very small parts or light alloy there is also a vacuum area.

Introduction
The model 10-serie-1300-MG is suitable for deburring and rounding of metal parts.
The parts to be processed must have the following properties:
• Flat
• Minimum size Ø20 mm, for machine types with a vacuum system, Ø50 mm for machine types without vacuum system,
• Maximum weight 50 kg.

Head side 1: Abrasive Discs
For deburring and grinding

Grinding Disc pad to remove the upstanding burr.

For deburring and finishing

Scotch Brite: Flap Brush to deburr and soften the edges of the part.

Vacuum table

The machine is equipped with vacuum table and pump, to make it possible to process small parts. Under the vacuum area, there is a dust-collection bin (see pictures). This should be cleaned frequently.
