Description

Shot blast cabinets have been around for many years and few companies have been supplying them longer or of a better quality than Odlings MCR Ltd.

The Model 104 special media blast cabinet is a free standing cabinet to industrial specification with:

  • Side and front opening doors.
  • Ø -920mm rotary table with heavy duty loading trolley.
  • Cyclone media recovery to a 30 litre blast pot.
  • Halogen lighting for good visibility.
  • Rubber lined to reduce noise and wear.
  • Inhibitor circuit to avoid the use of blast cabinet if door left open.
  • Air filter/regulator and pressure gauge.
  • Power supply panel explosion proof.
  • Full CE certification and meets all health and safety standards.
  • Large industrial 3-phase dust extractor with large capacity filter and collection hopper unit - to reduce/increase extraction as required ducted to the blasting cabinet via flexible trunking hose.

  • Rubber Lined interior - Protects the cabinet and blast media from damage.
  • Lighting - Provides complete coverage inside the cabinet
  • Quick change glass protectors - only take a minute to change the protective screens
  • Filter mesh - catches debris reducing the risk of blockages
  • Pressure regulator - Gives the user control over the desired finish
  • Grit compatibility - Most standard blasting media can be used in the cabinet including, aluminium oxide, glass bead, sinter ball, and many others.
